Job Summary
Provide direct physical therapy interventions for subacute clients and long-term residents under licensed supervision, treating patients to maximize function, relieve pain, and ensure safe homegoing. Treat King David Campus residents according to the physician's plan of care while collaborating with OT, ST, nursing, and aides as part of the interdisciplinary team. Complete training with families, clients, and caregivers, and finish daily documentation per facility and regulatory guidelines. Maintain current CPR certification and hold a valid Ohio license.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
- Current license in good standing in the State of Ohio
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Possess and maintain current CPR certification
