Physical Therapist Assistant - Including a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Perform treatment, provide exercise instruction, and deliver patient education aimed at improving well-being while following the established plan of care. Instruct patients and caregivers in active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, functional, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes to supervising PT, nurse supervisors, and physicians. Coordinate care with the healthcare team and make recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising Physical Therapist. Follow all state-specific laws governing physical therapy in home care, performing only procedures qualified and trained to do. Available to work a weekend rotation with a required drug test prior to employment.
