Physical Therapist Assistant I or II - Outpatient - Part Time

Conduct patient treatments, tests, measures, and documentation for rehabilitative programs focused on improving mobility, relieving pain, and restoring functional abilities. Implement established therapy plans by administering therapeutic exercises and skilled interventions to achieve patient goals while monitoring progress and adjusting care as needed. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and self-management techniques. Collaborate with physical therapists on discharge planning and coordinate care across departments to ensure holistic outcomes. Requires an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy, two years of experience, NCPT licensure, and BLS certification. Part-time outpatient role.
