Job Summary
Conduct home health physical therapy services for patients in Deland, Deltona, and Orange City, FL, with PRN options available. Manage a diverse caseload within defined territories to minimize drive time, supported by clinical leadership from therapists and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including nurses and physicians. Deliver patient-centered care aligned with the organization's mission to support clinicians through mentorship and access to the Clinical Excellence Academy. Earn a PRN per visit rate ranging from $40 to $50 per hour, with an annual incentive bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license
