Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) sought for home-health services in the Bay Area/Morgan Hill caseloads. Provide direct PT assistant support under a physical therapist’s plan of care, help patients exercise and perform daily tasks, correct form, ensure safety, review and administer individualized treatment plans, maintain patient records, assist with devices (walker, cane, wheelchair), mentor patients through recovery, maintain equipment, participate in team meetings, and perform other duties as assigned. Part-time and per-diem opportunities with flexible scheduling and benefits; rates vary by experience. Bay Area/home health setting emphasizing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
