Job Summary
Provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, including modalities, manual techniques and common exercise techniques; instructs patients through functional activities (bed mobility, transfers, gait, balance); documents interventions and educates patients/caregivers; requires PTA licensure and CPR/BLS, valid DL; in-home health across CA, HI, OR, WA with in-person patient care and charting; vaccination requirement and E-Verify participation; travel between home health locations across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in all applicable states of practice
- CPR or BLS certification
- Valid Driver's License and 21+ years of age
- Education: High School/GED; Associate's/Technical degree preferred
- Two years' technical experience preferred
- Experience in acute care/therapy settings preferred
