Physical Therapist Assistant, Home Health, Full Time

Provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, using modalities, manual techniques and common exercise techniques. Instructs and guides patients through bed mobility, transfers, gait, and balance activities; observes treatment responses and reports changes. Maintains daily chart documentation of interventions, and provides education to patients and caregivers while incorporating learning preferences. Eligible for PTA licensure in applicable states and requires CPR/BLS certification and a valid driver's license. Role located in Troutdale, Oregon, with in-person duties, and supports staff training as part of an Adventist Health in-home care program.
