Join CenterWell Home Health as a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide vital in-home care that aids patients in rehabilitation and independence. You will execute treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and contribute to comprehensive patient assessment and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association
- Current state license to practice Physical Therapy
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Minimum two years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes that occur in the geriatric population
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English
