Job Summary
As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant at CenterWell Home Health, you will be responsible for administering the physical therapy treatment plan and evaluating patient care, all while fostering patient independence in their home environments.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association
- Current state license to practice Physical Therapy
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Minimum two years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Meets mandatory continuing education requirements
- Fluent in English
