Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Eligible for AZ state licensure as a PTA
- At least 1 year of prior outpatient orthopedic experience
- Completed at least 2,000 hours of patient contact/work with patients
