Job Summary
Physical Therapist Assistant role in Naples, FL serving Discovery at Home within assisted and independent living communities, with some home visits. Full-time preferred (40 hours/week); part-time and PRN considered. Caseload mainly geriatric under Medicare Part A Home Health and some Part B. Eligible for FL state licensure as a PTA; valid driver's license and CPR required. New grads supported and mentored. Sponsorship available for eligible applicants. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility
