Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapist Assistant services in assisted living and independent living communities, with some possible home visits. Caseload typically geriatric with Medicare Part A Home Health and Part B services. Requires completion of a PTA program and a Florida PTA license. Full-time is preferred (40 hours/week), with part-time and PRN options available. Eligible candidates may be sponsored to work in the United States. Schedule is flexible within Monday–Friday hours (6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) with potential weekend shifts optional. New grads will be supported and mentored. Competitive hourly pay ($30–$43/hr) with benefits and retirement options. Mileage reimbursement, continuing education, and other benefits provided. Qualifications include valid Florida licensure to practice as a PTA, CPR certification, and reliable transportation; background screening per AHCA requirements is required. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program
- State license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Eligible for FL state licensure
- New grads welcomed with mentorship

- Current CPR certification
