Physical Therapist Assistant

Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists through direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications. Monitor and document patient progress while reporting observations to the Physical Therapist and educating patients and families on treatment protocols and self-care techniques. Accurately document all treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
