Physical Therapist Assistant

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to meet their specific needs. Assist residents with activities enabling independent daily functioning while monitoring their performance during tasks. Support rehabilitation efforts for individuals recovering from injury, illness, or other health problems. Maintain resident confidence by managing confidential information processing and foster cooperative relationships within the healthcare team. This role requires a current Pennsylvania PTA license and experience in long-term-care settings is preferred. Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including a booster.
