Job Summary
In outpatient CORA Physical Therapy clinics, the PTA delivers physical therapy to patients per a PT-directed treatment plan, progresses patients safely through treatment levels, consults with supervising PT on progress or changes, documents treatments per CORA policies, and provides education to patients and families. The role emphasizes collaboration with the rehabilitation team, effective communication with patients and families, and participation in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
