Job Summary
Provide physical therapy treatment to outpatients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist per an established treatment plan; progress patients through treatment levels within the patient’s maximum capabilities; consult with supervising Physical Therapist regarding progress and changes in condition; document all treatment and interactions; educate patient and family on home programs; communicate effectively with patient, family, and rehabilitation team; collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture; relocation assistance available for select opportunities; degree from an accredited PTA program and licensure or eligibility required; new grads welcome; sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
