Job Summary
Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist; carry out established care plans and progress patients safely and effectively; monitor patient response and communicate changes to the supervising PT; provide patient and family education on home exercise programs and functional activities; document treatments and patient interactions per CORA policies; maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team; collaborate with clinic teammates to support a positive culture and continuous improvement; opportunities for professional development including residency programs, clinical ladder, leadership training, and mentorship; relocation assistance available for select opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
