Physical Therapist Assistant - Full-time and Part-time openings

Implement individualized treatment plans for infants, children, and adolescents under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence. Monitor patient performance during sessions, communicate progress and recommendations to the supervising therapist, and maintain a full caseload across insurance, private pay, and school-based contracts. Build positive relationships with families through education and ongoing communication while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs. Complete accurate, timely documentation reflecting medical necessity and comply with payer and regulatory requirements. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives. Assist with supervising physical therapist assistant students as appropriate.
