Job Summary
Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, treating patients, addressing questions, and educating them on injuries, progress, and wellness strategies. Supervise Techs during modalities for federal payers and non-BCBSM patients, assisting with setup and cleanup while completing accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges. Maintain productivity expectations of 60 treatments in a 40-hour week in an outpatient ortho setting, assist in developing treatment protocols, and participate in clinic research studies. Continue professional growth through CEUs and approved coursework. Team Rehab offers a therapist-owned network with $1,500 annual CEU or loan repayment, 40 hours of paid CEU time, and access to 50+ free in-house courses.
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
