Job Summary
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Carry out individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed PT to help residents regain strength, balance, and independence; document progress; collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, nurses, and caregivers; educate and motivate residents; maintain a safe, engaging rehab gym. Requires an Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program and an active Texas PTA license. SNF experience is a bonus but not required, with training provided. Full-time role with competitive pay and full benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
