Job Summary
Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF/Long-Term Care; identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral; collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure physician orders are up to date; strong communication and organizational skills required. PTA license in state of practice and graduation from an APTA-accredited PTA program are required; new grads welcome. Immigration support for H1B candidates available.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
