Job Summary
Physical Therapist Assistant - Full-Time needed to provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. Responsibilities include identifying appropriate patients for therapy, coordinating with the PT for evaluation and referral, collaborating with team members to ensure quality outcomes, maintaining documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and ensuring all physician orders are current. Must have an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and a current PTA license in the practicing state; new grads are welcome and mentorship is available.
