Physical Therapist Assistant - FT providing physical therapy treatments under licensed PT supervision in SNF/Long-Term Care settings; collaborate with team to identify suitable patients for therapy, coordinate evaluations/referrals with PT, maintain regulatory-compliant documentation, obtain current physician orders, and contribute to quality outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
