Job Summary
Provide patient care under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, implementing high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with state practice acts and Select Medical policies. Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients to enhance client relations. Work full-time Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays from 7 am to 12 pm, earning $20.00-$25.00 per hour commensurate with experience. Float between Erie, Edinboro, Seneca, Titusville, Franklin, and Sandy Lake areas.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
- CPR certification
