Job Summary
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy care in an outpatient orthopedic setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Collaborate with the clinical team to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans; track patient progress; foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community; participate in Upstream Rehabilitation mentorship and CEU opportunities; opportunities for onboarding and career growth within a national network.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligibility)
