Job Summary
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based PTA care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting. Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function; track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team; participate in mentorship and continuing education programs offered by Upstream Rehabilitation; engages in patient care and communication with providers and the community. Requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and an active Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligibility).
