Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) services in outpatient settings under Physical Therapist supervision. Deliver physical therapy treatments per established plans, advance patients through treatment levels within their capabilities, and consult with supervising PT on progress. Accurately document patient interactions per CORA policies and educate patients and families on home programs. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team; collaborate with teammates to support clinic culture. Opportunities include pathways for professional growth (Residency program, clinical ladder) and ongoing education (tuition reimbursement, CEUs). Relocation assistance is available for select opportunities. The role supports flexible scheduling options (Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN).
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
