Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at CORA Physical Therapy, you will deliver physical therapy treatment to patients in outpatient settings under established plans directed by a supervising Physical Therapist. You will progress patients through treatment within their maximum capabilities, document all patient interactions per CORA policies, educate patients and families on home programs, and maintain effective communication with the rehabilitation team. You will collaborate with teammates to grow clinical skills and clinic culture, participate in professional development opportunities ( residencies, clinical ladder, mentorship), and leverage EMR/AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency. Eligible locations may offer relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus; opportunities include flexible scheduling with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. This role supports CORA’s mission to provide high-quality outpatient care and contributes to patient-centered outcomes through documentation, education, and coordinated care.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
