Job Summary
Assist in evaluating clients' daily living skills and capacities to determine the extent of abilities and limitations. Support patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment, including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, and activities of daily living. Observe patients during treatments and report observations to the Physical Therapist. Communicate with staff and other healthcare team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for treatment planning and modifications. This role is part of a team of Board Certified Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist Specialists at ProActiveTM, helping over 500,000 patients recover in Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice
