Job Summary
Provide therapy per CPT and facility guidelines while supporting daily rehab operations in skilled nursing facilities. Work collaboratively with patients and care teams to deliver patient-centered care. This role offers a PRN schedule of 10-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Join a therapist-led team focused on high-quality care. Active Wisconsin PTA license required; SNF and Net Health experience preferred. New grads welcome.
