Support a therapist-led team in a Skilled Nursing Facility by delivering physical therapy services to residents. Maintain an active Illinois PTA license and utilize familiarity with Net Health where applicable. Prioritize work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, and 15 PTO days plus six paid holidays.
