Job Summary
Provide PT interventions that are safe, effective, and in compliance with JAG PT guidelines while managing a full caseload under supervision. Complete all documentation required for patient care in WebPT EMR and maintain state regulated CEU requirements for license renewal. Delegate to support staff as needed and assist with facility cleanliness and organization. Educate the surrounding community through lectures and presentations while demonstrating respectful intervention with patients, colleagues, and others. Attends annual Billing/Coding seminars and performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
- Basic computer skills
- Works as a team member and individually with minimal supervision
- Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times

- Experience/knowledge with an EMR software
- Excellent oral, written communication
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
