Job Summary
Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, progressing patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care. Build strong patient relationships and communicate clinical updates to the supervising PT while completing timely, accurate documentation. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment where you receive mentorship and access to fully paid trainings and certifications. Full-time position in The Villages, FL, with an hourly rate of $26-$30 plus productivity incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
