Job Summary
Provide PT interventions that are safe, effective, and in compliance with JAG PT guidelines while managing a full caseload and delegating to support staff as needed. Complete all documentation in WebPT EMR and maintain state-regulated CEU requirements. Assist with facility cleanliness, attend annual billing seminars, and educate the community through lectures. Demonstrate respectful intervention with patients and colleagues while working as a team member with minimal supervision. Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a Bachelor's degree required; valid CPR license and EMR experience preferred. Full-time role with up to $3,000 sign-on bonus, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including HSA, 401(k) match, and tuition discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
- Basic computer skills
- Works as a team member and individually with minimal supervision
- Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times
