Conduct outpatient physical therapy treatments and deliver clinical care to patients. Participate in weekly clinical team meetings and attend 1:1 development meetings with the Clinical Director. Engage in the year-long mentoring program and complete professional development training. Provide 'Raving Fan' customer service to ensure patients feel valued and enjoy their treatment experience. Required Qualifications
