Physical Therapist Assistant

Conduct physical therapy services and interventions under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist, helping individuals maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function. Document each visit according to Documentation Guidelines and accepted regulatory standards, then observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and any changes in condition to the supervising PT, physician, and other clinical staff. Provide resources for future needs and promote wellness and prevention while adhering to applicable municipal, state, and federal rules. Create your own schedule to see patients at your convenience with no shifts. Requires a Virginia license, prior home care experience or strong clinical background, and efficient documentation skills.
