Job Summary
Provide hands-on, evidence-based Physical Therapist Assistant services in an outpatient orthopedic setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function; track patient progress; collaborate closely with the clinical team; foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community; participate in Upstream’s mentorship and continuing education programs; leveraging modern clinical technology to reduce documentation time and enhance patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active North Carolina PTA license (or eligibility)
