Physical Therapist Assistant (Aurora, IL)

Physical Therapy Assistant role supporting licensed Physical Therapists in an orthopedic/sports medicine practice. Responsible for direct care delivery to patients within the scope defined by state laws and the state Board of Physical Therapy; executes day-to-day patient assignments under PT supervision; adheres to agency policies, and maintains compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and local standards. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination and continuity of care, reports changes to patient findings to the Physical Therapist and physician when applicable, and performs other duties as assigned. Schedule currently includes Monday to Friday with two evenings until 6:30 pm. Beneficial to have Associate degree (preferred), licensed PTA (or pending), and 2+ years of PTA experience; Spanish (preferred).
