Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions while utilizing clinical skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors. Create a comforting atmosphere by learning life stories of residents and staff, fostering meaningful relationships that lead to fulfillment. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, demonstrating C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Join a supportive environment with experienced therapy leaders and participate in a structured 9-month mentorship program to grow clinical and leadership expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Indiana
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
