Job Summary
Provide patient care and related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist, adhering to established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies. Treat patients with kindness, dignity, and respect while ensuring their rights and property are protected, including knocking before entering rooms. Demonstrate commitment to ethical behavior and promote teamwork by sharing information useful to achieving desired results. Maintain a positive professional image that encourages cooperation among co-workers. Requires current registration/licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, completion of an accredited program, and state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program
- Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have current registration/licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant
