Physical Therapist Assistant - Acute Care - Southside Medical Center

Physical Therapy Assistant provides skilled therapeutic interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist in acute care settings, documents patient progress in the electronic health record, and implements established treatment programs across inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations. Responsibilities include observing and reporting patient responses, maintaining records and productivity, and precepting students in clinical experience/internships. Requires LICENSING as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the applicable state; BLS certification as required.
