Job Summary
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) implements therapeutic programs under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, guiding patients in techniques and exercises to improve functional abilities. Responsibilities include coordinating care, documenting patient progress, and participating in patient case conferences. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited two-year Physical Therapist Assistant program and possess a current Texas license. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a two year college level curriculum in Physical Therapy Association accredited/ approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current licensed by the state of Texas to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Desired Qualifications
- Two year experience in home health setting preferred
