PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSIST I IP

Carry out patient care programs established by the physical therapist for patients of all ages, performing treatment procedures safely in accordance with APTA standards and department policies. Communicate with the physical therapist and team members to ensure effective teamwork, taking appropriate action based on patient conditions and participating in patient care documentation. Maintain departmental equipment in a neat, functional, and safe order while promoting health and safety in the work environment. Demonstrate flexibility in daily patient scheduling and actively participate in the competency assessment process. Maintain skills through in-service training and continuing education opportunities. Full-time day shift with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.00.
