Physical Therapist

Screen and evaluate special education students for physical therapy eligibility, then provide therapeutic interventions and consultation to educational personnel and caregivers. Collaborate with teachers to develop IEPs, monitor student progress, and document services for accountability and reimbursement. Select and fabricate adaptive equipment, schedule parent conferences, and participate in professional growth activities while maintaining confidentiality. Uphold school policies and assist co-workers to ensure continuity of service.
