Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients while maintaining documentation of services in the medical record. Conducts in-services and training for patients, clients, and team members on restorative techniques on an ongoing basis. Supervises Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care to carry out plans of care per state practice acts and reimbursement regulations. Completes all duties in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies. Ensures residents are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect while protecting their rights.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
