Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist position based in Kentfield, CA (Marin location) responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under a physician’s order and reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services. Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Tech. Full-time with duties spanning professional standards of practice, teaching patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery in a hospital setting (LTACH). Prior Hospital/rehabilitation experience and knowledge of regulatory standards are preferred. Responsibilities include identifying learning needs, applying therapy process components, and maintaining professional image and organizational effectiveness.
