Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy, supervise treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, address patient concerns, and build meaningful relationships to support rehabilitation progress within Encompass Health's inpatient setting. Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey using evidence-based practices and a patient-centered approach.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
