Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients in a post-acute, inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs and celebrate progress as part of a collaborative care team.
