Physical Therapist Aide serves as the liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist, guiding patients from arrival to departure and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities include calling patients into treatment, maintaining a clean facility, handling laundry and towels, scheduling patients, and supporting the care team in an outpatient orthopedic setting across the regional facilities. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills are required.
