Physical Therapist

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, balance, and function for clients in meaningful, real-life settings. Perform therapeutic exercises and interventions to help patients regain independence while reducing pain, and educate families on safety techniques and injury prevention. Assess progress, document outcomes, and modify plans as needed, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate records and adhere to all legal and professional standards. Valid Michigan license required; one year of home health experience preferred. Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible scheduling.
